Step 1 – Schedule Your Drafted Blog Posts

If you have some drafted posts that haven’t been published yet, you’d better schedule them firstly. Here, you simply need to click the draft showcase button in the upper right corner, then, all the unscheduled posts are listed. If you put your mouse on these posts, you can also delete them, view them and make a quick edit of their titles and contents easily via the corresponding links.

Step 2 – Quick-Edit New Posts for Scheduling

In addition to planning the existing drafts, you can also create some new ones directly from the calendar and plan them in the meanwhile. For this, you simply need to locate your mouse at the preferred date box and click the New Post button. After that, you can edit the post title, content, posting time and status directly from the dialogue. Then, click the Save button.

Note that this dialogue only allows you to enter the textual contents. If you are going to add some additional contents such as images, files and media, you can click the Edit button to get you redirected to the post editing page for better writing. Besides, you’d better set the post status to Draft, making a hint that this post needs to be further modified.

Step 3 – Schedule Your Custom Post Types
