With it, you can showcase unlimited questions and answers with the accordion display, helping readers to navigate to the right questions quickly without taking up too many spaces on your webpage. Even, you can categorize these questions. This feature is really useful for some websites that offer multiple products and services.
To use this plugin, you do not need to set up a lot of configurations. After installing it using your WordPress admin, you can click the newly-added FAQ tab in your website back-end. Then, hit the Setting button from the drop-down menu.
Start with the General Settings
Here, you need to decide some general settings, including whether to showcase the social sharing buttons, published date, the number of views for each question, the number of comments, published authors, the number of votes and many more in the FAQ section.

This might be the minor drawback of this plugin. With it, you can only use the default theme with the blue color scheme. If you want to choose among some other fancy themes and modify the font, padding, color, border width, spaces and many more, you need to upgrade to the pro version that charges you starting at $20.
But personally speaking, the default template can be suitable for the majority of common website designs.
Create the Questions and Answers
Now, you can start to add the questions and the corresponding answers by clicking the Add Question button.
In fact, the process is just like publishing a blog post. The title section is for your question and the body part is for your answer. Here, we sincerely recommend you to make your questions as concise as possible and make the answers as detailed as possible.
Before publishing the question, you also need to set up the Discussion part and the Category part. The former one allows you to open comments for FAQ section and the latter one requires you to choose the FAQ category.
Note that you can publish as many FAQs as you want with this plugin.
Insert the FAQ Section into Your Webpage
If none of your current pages are suitable for adding the FAQ section, you’d better publish a new webpage that is for showcasing these commonly asked questions and answers exclusively.
In the editing page, you need to convert to the Visual Editor. Here, you can find a new button that looks like a question mark. Simply click it and decide the following options.
- Choose the FAQ categories to be displayed. You can choose multiple categories in one time.
- Decide whether to showcase the category names, descriptions and the ordering number.
- Determine whether to display the likes, hits, dates, search box and publishers. There is an option asking you whether to expand all the answers once the page is loaded. Personally, to guarantee the accordion display, you’d better not to enable it.

Make the FAQ Page Showcased in Your Navigation Bar
To be frank, this special page holds the same importance as the pages of “Knowledge Base”, “Contact Us”, “About Us” and some others. In this case, you’d better add it to your navigation bar so that people can find it easily.
To do this, you need to click the Menu button from the Appearance tab. Here, you can find your newly published FAQ page. Just click it and hit the Add to Menu button. That’s it! You have the FAQ showcased in your navigation successfully.
